The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.

I’m thinking of all the people who are saying God doesn’t exist. I’m thinking of all the people who live their lives as if there isn’t a God that someday we all must stand before so He can judge us according to our deeds. I’m thinking of all the people who believe in God, but live their lives like He doesn’t exist.

These thoughts are now a prayer for all to come to repentance and realize just how much God, the one who exists and is responsible for our existence, loves us and is delaying the inevitable so we can live like He does exist, like He is for real.

2 Peter 3:1-14 (focus verse 10)

10- But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.

  1. We have sooo many problems today in the 21st Century. One that is terribly rising is: People indulging in Secular Humanism. I like how Romans 1 and 2 Tim chapter 3 describes these people.

    1. Thank you for the good reference. We can only be made right through the shed blood of Jesus. Any other way just won’t do. Trying any other way makes us thieves (John 10).
